Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using ClinPath, operated at clinpath.in (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who Can Use ClinPath

ClinPath is intended for individuals aged 18 and above who are pursuing or planning a career in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@clinpath.in

You may not create accounts for others, share your account, or use automated tools to create or access accounts.

3. Free Tier & Pro Subscription

ClinPath offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro subscription at ₹299/month. Free tier limits are as follows: 3 CV generations, 2 ATS checks, and 1 interview session per account.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Downgrading to free does not result in a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect.

4. AI-Generated Content

ClinPath uses artificial intelligence to generate CVs, ATS feedback, interview questions, roadmaps, and mindset support. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content in your job applications.
• ClinPath does not guarantee that using our tools will result in employment.
• The Mindset Corner is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional.

5. Courses & External Links

The Free Course Finder curates links to courses hosted on external platforms (WHO, CDISC, Coursera, etc.). ClinPath does not create, host, or control these courses. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of external resources. Links open in a new tab and are subject to the terms of the respective external platforms.

6. Expert Bookings

ClinPath facilitates 1:1 sessions between users and domain experts. By booking a session, you agree to:

• Attend at the scheduled time or give at least 12 hours notice to reschedule
• Use the session for career guidance purposes only
• Treat the expert with professional courtesy

Free 30-minute sessions are provided at ClinPath's discretion and may be limited based on availability. Paid sessions are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ClinPath for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to our AI tools or forums
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy ClinPath's tools or data
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform
• Share or resell ClinPath Pro access, generated CVs, or other content for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Circumvent free-tier limits through multiple accounts or other means
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or ClinPath staff

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ClinPath — including the platform design, AI prompts, roadmap templates, certification prep content, and course curation — is owned by or licensed to ClinPath. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without explicit written permission.

Content you generate using ClinPath tools (e.g. your CV) belongs to you. By submitting content to our Platform, you grant ClinPath a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content to provide our services.

9. Disclaimers

ClinPath is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Platform will be available 100% of the time
• That AI-generated content will be accurate or error-free
• That using ClinPath will result in job placement
• That curated course links will always be active

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ClinPath and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of ClinPath after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
